Ms. Shores is the Operations and Investor Relations Manager of Pennbridge Capital. She coordinates the subscription and closing processes, and manages the company’s interaction with all third parties to closing, which include lenders, attorneys, consultants, broker-dealers and Qualified Intermediaries. Ms. Shores is also responsible for investor communications post closing including monthly reporting and day-to-day interactions.
Prior to joining Pennbridge in December 2007 Ms. Shores worked as a licensed National / Commercial Escrow Officer for First American Title. Her experience with closings extends from single site residential transactions to multi-state, multi-site commercial transactions. In 2007 alone, she closed over $255 million in real estate transactions in 15 different states. With First American, she facilitated many closings for Tenant-In-Common transactions, structured both as securities and real estate.
Ms. Shores is a licensed Escrow Officer in the State of Utah.
