Pennbridge's development activities focus on the same hotel brands as its acquisition efforts, namely Marriott (Courtyard, SpringHill Suites, Fairfield Inn & Suites, Residence Inn, and TownePlace Suites), Hilton (Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, and Homewood suites), Hyatt (Hyatt Place), and IHG (Holiday Inn Express).

Pennbridge recently developed a 100-room Marriott TownePlace Suites in Orem Utah which opened in June 2010.
