Robert L. Sweeny
Asset Manager
Mr. Sweeney oversees Asset Management for Pennbridge Capital and works to ensure properties acquired by investors perform at their optimal level. Mr. Sweeney's responsibilities include property management, leasing, tenant relations, construction, reporting, and risk management. He will also continue to serve as liaison to investors regarding asset related matters.
Prior to joining Pennbridge Capital, Mr. Sweeney spent six years working for NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate within three different divisions. During his tenure at NAI, Mr. Sweeney was Assistant Controller working on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly financial statements. After being promoted to property management, Mr. Sweeney managed over a million square feet of retail, office and industrial real estate. Mr. Sweeney was then pleased to join one of NAI's top producing brokerage teams. As an Account Manager, he assisted clients with acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations throughout the country.
