Spencer Seaquist
Controller
Mr. Seaquist is the Controller for Pennbridge Capital. He oversees all accounting functions within the company.
Prior to joining Pennbridge, Mr. Seaquist worked for Ernst & Young, LLP as a Senior Associate in the Assurance & Advisory Business Services Department. During his time at Ernst & Young he performed Financial Statement Audits for companies involved in various industries including Home Building, Manufacturing, Gas Pipelines, and Biotechnology.
Mr. Seaquist obtained his Masters of Accountancy from Brigham Young’s Marriott School of Management and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Utah.
