About Us
Jared S. Smith and Thomas W. Lewis became acquainted in Philadelphia while attending the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. After working for separate large real estate investment firms, they combined efforts to form Pennbridge Capital in the fall of 2005.
We believe Pennbridge Capital's greatest strength lies in the integrity and dedication of each of its associates as they strive to make sound investments that may preserve and potentially create additional wealth for its investors. Pennbridge Capital team members have the acquisitions, management, and operational experience necessary to identify, acquire, and manage real estate assets with the goal to provide strong returns and appreciation for its investors.
