Pennbridge Capital’s development affiliate, Pennbridge Group, is currently seeking quality development projects across the country. Pennbridge Group’s development activities will focus on the same asset classes as its acquisition efforts, namely Hotels and Retail Centers. Pennbridge will utilize the experience of Mr. Smith of developing shopping centers while working for Brighton Corporation and Hawkins-Smith Development. The development activities will provide another avenue for Pennbridge to bring assets to the TIC marketplace.

Pennbridge Group is currently developing a 100-Room Marriott TownePlace Suites in Orem, Utah with an estimated completion date of Spring 2009.
